Breakfast

Our breakfast is very rich in local products, such as ricotta cannoli, ricotta cassatine, soak the biscuits, cookies “scaurati” or boiled, the almond cookies, then move on to platters of cold cuts and cheeses, bread seasoned or “cunzatu”, and seasonal products such as in the summer: the famous lemon granita accompanied by classic brioche with “Tuppo”, in late summer it zanfarro, in autumn quince and mustard, in winter the giuggiulena, nougat and “mucatoli”.
